Welcome to Sparacio Farms!  This 100 acre family owned and operated farm has been known for excellent berries and produce in the region for the past 60 years.  You may know us for our strawberries, but we have much more to offer to both retail and wholesale customers.  This site is constantly updated with news, so please check back frequently for current crop status and what's in season.

Sweet pea season has now drawn to a close, but we're now entering the heart of our summer produce season!

We've got Jersey Fresh sweet corn, tomatoes, string beans, zucchini, cucumbers, pickles, basil, cabbage, peaches, blueberries, cantaloupe, and watermelon! 

  • New summer produce is in season!  Get yours today!  Check out our list located on the right side of this page for information on the latest Jersey Fresh produce in season! 
     
  • Don't forget!  We're not just strawberries!  Fresh produce at the stand includes Jersey Fresh fruits, tomatoes, corn, lettuce, herbs, and other green vegetables.  We also have a great assortment of hanging baskets which make great gifts!
