Welcome to Sparacio Farms!  This 100 acre family owned and operated farm has been known for excellent berries and produce in the region for the past 60 years.  You may know us for our strawberries, but we have much more to offer to both retail and wholesale customers.  This site is constantly updated with news, so please check back frequently for current crop status and what's in season.

Our growing season has once again drawn to a close.  We would like to thank all of our loyal customers for their support.  We look forward to seeing everyone in May of 2012 for the opening of strawberry season and our new enhanced U-Pick field! 

  • The roadside stand will reopen July 1st with Jersey Fresh sweet corn and other summer produce!
     
  • Don't forget!  We're not just strawberries!  Fresh produce at the stand includes Jersey Fresh fruits, tomatoes, corn, lettuce, herbs, and other green vegetables.  We also have a great assortment of hanging baskets which make great gifts!
